  1. What is Flash Player?
    Flash Player is a program that lets you watch videos and animations on your computer. Everything you see in Club Penguin uses Flash.

  2. Why do I need to keep Flash Player updated?
    At Club Penguin we use Flash for our games, animations and other features. For these to work properly, you'll need to make sure you always have the latest version of Flash Player on your computer.

  3. How do I update Flash Player?
    Visit the Flash Player Download Center to download the latest version of Flash. Ask a parent or trusted adult for help before you download.

  4. What will happen if I don't update Flash Player?
    If you don't update your Flash Player to the latest version, Club Penguin will not work properly.

  5. What should I do if Flash Player does not update when I click "Download Now"?
    On the Flash Player Download Center page check that your correct operating system and browser is listed next to "Your system". If you need to change this, click the link: "Do you have a different operating system or browser?"
